If you’ve been to market this year, you’re likely the proud owner of your very own Winter 2011 IMAX bag. If you haven’t, here’s your chance to see one for yourself. Daisies and gingham help capture the nostalgic Americana feel of our Country Fair trend. They’re so stylish, you’ll want to carry yours long after market’s over.

A Look at Past IMAX Bags
Winter market season is right around the corner, bringing with it new introductions, trends and a lot of excitement. On top of all that, you’ll also be able to get your hands on a brand new
2011 IMAX bag!
Our fun and fashionable bags have long been a market staple. In fact, store owners and buyers (and their friends and family) carry their IMAX bags long after market is over. If you need proof, check out our IMAX Sightings page to see our bags in use across the globe. While you’ll have to wait for market to see our new 2011 bags, here are some bags from past market seasons to whet your appetite:
Hollinger Custom Homes
IMAX would like to thank Hollinger Custom Homes for allowing us to stage a recent photo shoot in a beautiful new home in Woodmere edition in Bixby, Oklahoma. Woodmere is a new luxury neighborhood located on the southeast corner of 121st and Sheridan.
IMAX Photoshoot Behind-the-Scenes
IMAX recently staged a 2-day photo shoot at a beautiful new home in Bixby, Oklahoma. We had a lot of fun and took some great product photography. Here are some behind-the-scenes shots of our creative team hard at work, along with corresponding final photos:
The Faces Behind IMAX Live Chat
Our customers love the immediate, personal support they receive from our new online Live Chat. What makes IMAX Live Chat so successful? Our operators go above and beyond to meet the needs of each and every customer. Here’s your chance to get to know the faces behind IMAX Live Chat.
IMAX is on Facebook and Twitter
IMAX Worldwide Imports recently launched pages on social networking sites, Facebook and Twitter, offering customers news and updates in real time, behind the scene peeks, market updates, photos and more.
“Our customers were quick to become involved by not only adding us, but joining in on the conversation,” said IMAX President, Al Bulak. “We are exited to connect with our customers in this interactive medium.”

We all think we are doing well with our own customer service. With so much information available on customer service, why is service still one of the biggest complaints by customers? What is the reality? Do customers expect more than is realistic? Is it simply that good service is taken for granted, but one incident of poor service is blown out of proportion?
Perhaps we are blind to our own mistakes. Are we failing to look at our stores from the customers’ perspective? Are we satisfied with service that is just ‘good enough’ because we have so many other concerns to attend to?
Photo Shoot Behind-the-Scenes
The IMAX creative team recently held a photo shoot at a beautiful modern-style loft in downtown Tulsa. I’ve posted some photos below to give you a behind-the-scenes look.
At IMAX, we are known for our award-winning promotional bag designs. It’s little wonder why, and I don’t mind giving our creative department a pat on the back, they look great! In fact, they can be seen all over the world – in airports, on beaches, on tourist buses, or even at the grocery store!
We think it might be fun to find out exactly how far our bags make it from market. To do this, we need your help. We have created a page on our website called IMAX Sightings that gives you the ability to upload your bag photos. We will choose a Photo of the Week and give the winners a brand-new IMAX bag before they are released to the public! So grab that camera and take your bag someplace special – or just to the backyard. I can’t wait to see where in the world our bags turn up!
